Wesley Harkness currently enjoys a multi-faceted practice comprised of criminal defense, probate litigation, and personal injury. He prides himself in advocating for his clients and navigating complex legal issues.
Before joining Williams, Sitiely, and Brink, Wesley served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Debra R. McCaslin, Resident Judge for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, from 2021-2022.
A graduate of The University of South Carolina, Wesley received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Charleston Trial Advocacy Board, where he had the pleasure of competing against various Law School Mock Trial teams across the nation. During law school, he had the opportunity to clerk for mid-size defense firm, a small Plaintiff’s firm, and Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services, where he gained valuable diverse experience that led him to continue his career in litigation.
Wesley resides in Columbia, South Carolina. He is an avid outdoorsman and in his spare time can be found enjoying the great outdoors of South Carolina.
